Payment in full is required at check-in. No shows will be charged in full. Seasonal reservations require $1000 at time of reservation and balance due 2 months prior to arrival. No credit available for early departure. Check-out after 11:00 will result additional 1 night room charge.
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to check-in date will incur no cancellation fee as long as guests reschedule for any available date within one year. 2nd cancellation or no rescheduled date will result in cancellation fee of $100 per room reserved.
Check-in time is 3:00pm-9:00 pm. If you plan to arrive early or late please contact the Resort in advance at +1 315-599-7070 or text +1 315-382-5149. If you have not arrived & have not contacted us by 9 pm you are responsible for the full charge.
Check out time is by 11:00 am. No check-out is necessary. Please leave keys in your room. Housekeeping is done between 11 am & 3 pm. Items missing from the room will be charged to your credit card.
Advertised rates are for double occupancy. Children 12 & under stay free. The additional guest fee is $20.00 per person.
Pets are permitted. One pet per room. There is a $25.00 pet fee per night & pets are not to be left at the Resort unattended.
All rooms are non-smoking which includes e-cigarettes. Smoking is permitted in designated areas. Please use receptacles. Smoke cleaning fee of $100 per day will be assessed to rooms where smoking is evident.
A common kitchen and eating area is available to all guests. Guests are responsible for supplying all food, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Guests are to clean their own dishes & leave the kitchen in clean condition.
Parking is free for guests only. $25 per day parking fee for additional winter visitors.
Children 12 & under should be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No snowmobile or ATV riding is permitted on the Tug Hill Resort property except ingress & egress to & from the designated trails. Damage & excessive cleaning costs will be billed if necessary.
